 * Expertise in desktops, networks, mobile devices, connectivity, etc.
 * Knowledge of:

 + Apple and Android mobile devices
 + Connectivity troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent customer service skills and proven ability on follow-up commitments.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to prioritize, multi-task, take initiative, and problem solve while maintaining attention to detail.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
 * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

The Technical Support Specialist will provide professional customer service and technical support to all levels of staff, including remote and on-site users. This position is the first line of assistance and is instrumental in maintaining business continuity. S/he will be responsible for gathering information, troubleshooting issues and resolving issues in a timely manner.
