## Description

A large Texas based company oil company is searching for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide on-site first and second level technical support in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This position supports day-to-day technology needs by resolving user issues, preparing equipment, and ensuring reliable access to essential systems and tools. This role will handle hardware, software, printer, network, and account-access issues while delivering strong customer service to end users.
