## About the Role

This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a Workday professional who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional environment. You'll support key Workday initiatives across Financials, Security Administration, Integrations, and Reporting, helping strengthen system performance, compliance, and day-to-day operations. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and improving business processes, this role offers a strong opportunity to make a measurable impact., * 3+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules.

 * 2+ years of Workday security administration experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Report Writer.
 * Strong understanding of Workday business processes.
 * Experience supporting configuration and release testing.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

 * Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations.
 * Experience with Prism Analytics.
 * Exposure to Adaptive Planning or Strategic Sourcing.
 * Experience with SSO, MFA, or environment-based access controls.
 * Background supporting compliance or audit documentation.

## Description

* Support Workday HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning modules.
 * Configure and maintain security roles and business process policies.
 * Manage integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
 * Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday.
 * Assist with testing, releases, and enhancement deployments.
 * Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live stabilization.
 * Document configurations, integrations, and security procedures.
 * Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
 * Support data conversion and migration activities.
 * Help ensure secure, compliant access across Workday environments.
