We come in 3 days per week, but support flexibility as needed., * Lead architectural decisions and technical direction across the full technology stack * Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions * Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for both frontend and backend * Architect database schemas and API designs * Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews * Drive continuous improvement in our development processes * Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements Development and Implementation: * Build complex features across the entire stack * Implement robust frontend state management solutions * Design and optimize REST APIs and database queries * Develop scalable backend services * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code * Implement security best practices * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack Team and Process Leadership: * Guide sprint planning and technical discussions * Mentor and support junior team members * Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing * Collaborate with cross-functional teams * Help establish and maintain development processes * Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies, This role offers an opportunity to shape our technical direction while working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
