Our team owns the UI platform that every product engineer at Addepar builds with - a design system and component library that must work equally well across multiple frameworks and serve a global product used by thousands of investment professionals. This isn't a product feature role, instead you'll build the tools, systems, and primitives that make other engineers productive. You'll think deeply about web standards, component architecture, and how to deliver a consistent, performant UI across a diverse and evolving technical stack. You'll own technical direction, drive adoption across the organization, and make pragmatic architecture decisions that balance long-term scalability with real-world constraints.
