The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, endpoint management, and VMware and a proven ability to deliver projects from design through implementation with clear documentation and operational handoff., * 3-7 years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering with project delivery experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration: Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. * Experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualization platforms and cloud migration methodologies. * Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, group policy, and security hardening. * Endpoint management with SCCM / Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune, including co-management scenarios. * Proven documentation, communication, and vendor management abilities.
