## Description

* Work with marketing specialists to strategize, plan and implement email and social media campaigns.

 * Curate and publish high-quality, engaging content that is customized for each social media platform. This will diversify our content to keep followers engaged on each platform.

 * Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that includes content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans.

 * Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for our non-paid social presence.

 * Work with marketing specialists to design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

 * Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute organic social media campaigns that run alongside paid campaigns to maximize the impact of digital spends.

 * Identify trends and insights,and recommend ways to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

 * Monitor and analyze social media metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 * Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.

 * Engage in community conversations as the Mercyhealth brand, both on our social media pages and community pages.

 * Monitor online chatter about Mercyhealth and its initiatives and perception to be part of the conversation in real time.

 * Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
