Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. * Strong understanding of Aftersales demand planning platforms (e.g., Servigistics, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Mopar Planning System) and backend systems (ERP, SaaS, Legacy Systems ## Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Product Manager for the Mopar North America Demand & Supply Systems. This role is responsible for driving the development and optimization of the Demand & Supply Systems platforms. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs, align with IT architecture, and support scalable growth while maintaining reliable operations., * Understand Mopar's Long-Term Strategic Business Plans and Vision: Gain insights into Mopar's strategic direction and vision for the future. * Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Global Demand & Supply Systems platform, aligning with business goals. * Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. * Collaborate with global convergence cross-functional teams (design, develop, implement, support) to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance the customer journey regional and globally. * Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. * Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, feedback, and updates. * Lead Strategic Projects: Take charge of strategic initiatives, including the implementation of the Global Advance Planning System and the Global Vehicle Launch and Parts readiness for North America. * Manage the Development/Support Team: Oversee the development and support team, which includes Business Analysts, ICT-India, and Supplier Partners.
