This position will help manage team operations, program execution, staffing, metrics, process improvement, and coordination across engineering and business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with engineers, leadership, and cross-functional teams. The role offers opportunities to support Agile and SAFe processes, develop program metrics, coordinate team resources, facilitate meetings, support onboarding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
