In this role, you'll serve as the strategic and technical lead on complex client implementations ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise clients see value from our platform fast. You'll be hands-on with system integrations, data mapping, testing, payment workflows, and client training owning end-to-end implementation while influencing how we continue to scale. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about payments, software, and building great client experiences and wants to take the lead on some of Flywire's most important B2B accounts., * Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned B2B clients, from kickoff to post-go-live handoff * Serve as the primary client contact for onboarding, providing technical guidance and project leadership * Configure and test the Flywire platform to support each client's invoicing, payment, and reconciliation workflows * Lead integrations with client systems including NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and custom ERP/CRM platforms * Map data fields across systems and troubleshoot issues related to file formatting, syncing, tokenization, or payment routing * Conduct sandbox testing and validation, escalating blockers where needed * Deliver training, documentation, and consultative support to ensure clients are fully equipped to use the platform post-launch * Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the client lifecycle, Implementation Manager - SaaS Are you passionate about helping customers succeed with innovative SaaS solutions?
