Contractor shall utilize the ISD, ADDIE Model, and Bloom's taxonomy level of learning for all course development.Contractor shall develop advanced psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods and scenarios in support of IO courses.Contractor shall develop student training missions, mission scenarios, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations in support of IO courses.Other duties as assignedEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA minimum of an Bachelor's degree in a related area is requiredA minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of Information Operations200+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD CertificationTop Secret Clearance/SCI requiredWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
