This role is part of our US Technology Organization focused on Payments Technology Transformation for City National Bank. This offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the RBC Global Payments Technology organization to deliver and support next generation payment solutions supporting the US payments market. You will develop innovative ideas and solutions supporting our clients and operations colleagues to modernize the payments domain. You will lead a team of Technology & Operations software developers who build, integrate, and transform into next-generation technologies that change how commercial clients and consumers execute and receive payments. This critical work enables them to reach their business and financial aspirations. What will you do? * Maintaining relationships with business partners, payment network providers, and third-party payment solution providers; communicating with IT and business management; monitoring prompt response and support for technical issues. * Ensuring high standards and quality of technical work. Directing reviews of tools and technologies for improving performance, reducing costs and time to market. * Directing, managing and participating in the delivery of large and complex application development projects.
