* Frequent Oracle FLEXCUBE use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role.
 * 2+ years of professional experience in banking operations, credit, or a related core-banking function.
 * Reflexive familiarity with credit standards, exposure calculation, and validation-vs-booking distinctions.
 * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a banking/credit certification (e.g., Chartered Banker - CIOB, Certified Credit Professional) or equivalent hands-on core-banking experience.
