Distant workers are responsible for the cost of home office expenses and periodic travel/lodging will be determined necessary by hiring manager. For associates working on-site, relocation assistance to be within 50 miles of the site may be available. This position will require 10% travel as defined by the business (domestic and or international)., Reporting to the Executive Director,NovaOSProduct Lead, the Associate Director,NovaOSProduct Owneris responsible formanaging the day-to-day execution and evolution of assignedNovaOSproducts and capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, data science, and AI teams to translate business priorities into product requirements, deliver high-quality releases, and drive user adoption and continuous product improvement.
