The Staff Systems Engineer for CMC Test Integration is responsible for ensuring successful testing and test integration efforts supporting Missile System Verification (MSV) on the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Common Missile Compartment (CMC) Program. The successful candidate will function as the Technical Lead assessing impacts of changes to the Strategic Programs Official Schedule Estimate and System Test Documentation to testing efforts on First of Class (FoC) of COLUMBIA and Dreadnought Submarines. To ensure that MSV testing needs are met with Sea Trial and Demonstration & Shakedown Operations (DASOs), the successful candidate will participate and be primary Technical lead in various technical Working Groups that require integration for test data collection events to deliver required test data to support CMC MSV. Excellent integration and communication within LM, other Contractors, Navy, and DoD Customers will ensure Missile Requirements are met. The successful candidate will provide technical support for critical reviews such as Flight Safety Review (FSR) and Flight Readiness Review (FRR).
