Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: * Background that comprises both healthcare provider knowledge and expert understanding of enterprise integrated analytics, preferably EPIC Cogito reporting and high-quality analytics product delivery. * Prior experience establishing communities of practice, office hours, or formal training programs within an IT organization. Licenses and Certifications Required: * Enterprise integrated analytics EPIC Cogito certification (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model, or Cogito Fundamentals) at hire or must obtain within six (6) months of hire. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: * Multiple active enterprise integrated analytics EPIC Cogito certifications (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards). * Additional EPIC application certifications relevant to the HMH clinical or revenue cycle environment., * Labor Market Data: Compensation is benchmarked against market data to ensure competitiveness. * Experience: Years of relevant work experience. * Education and Certifications: Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training. * Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies. * Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location. * Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. * Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. ## Description The Information Technology (IT) Lead Service Delivery Strategist is responsible for the optimization of the enterprise integrated analytics suite and the development of colleagues within Data & Analytics and Health Applications across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Informatics, this role serves as a hands-on resource for all of IT, acting as a trusted advisor for reports and reporting strategy.
