## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, or systems administration.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
 * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise identity services.
 * Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
 * Experience supporting cloud or hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies.
 * Experience with enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening.
 * Experience with infrastructure monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance management.
 * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
 * Experience working with ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and configuration-management processes.
 * Microsoft/Linux/VMware Certifications Preferred.
 * Administer and support enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments.
 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, organizational units, security groups, and user/computer policies.
 * Support authentication, authorization, access control, and enterprise identity services.
 * Troubleshoot Active Directory replication, authentication, Group Policy, and domain-related issues.
 * Perform VM provisioning, migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
 * Support backup and recovery infrastructure and enterprise backup solutions.
 * Automate repetitive infrastructure administration and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting technologies.
 * Develop scripts for provisioning, monitoring, patching, reporting, and system maintenance.
 * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
