## About the Role

* 4+ years of professional maintenance experience in industry (automotive production preferred).
 * Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or another technical fields. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
 * Demonstrated expertise in production/maintenance systems such as SAP or another maintenance system.
 * Ability to quickly adapt to a complex production/IT landscape in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure operational efficiency.
 * Project management skills.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Good communication skills.
 * Autonomous working approach.
 * Willingness to travel both domestic and internationally.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

## Description

Proven Skills and Abilities either in SAP PM and MM or another maintenance system:

 * Work Order Management.
 * Work Notification Management.
 * Capacity Planning and Scheduling.
 * Technical Objects such as Equipment, Functional locations, Bills of Materials, Measuring Points, Work Centers, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans.
 * Document Management System (Attachments).
 * Spare Parts Planning and Inventory Management.
 * Preventive Maintenance.
 * Predictive Maintenance and Analytics.
 * Mobility Solutions (Asset Manager, Work Manager).
 * Blythewood, South Carolina.
 * This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
