Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to work on ladders, in racks, and in data center environments. * Ability to distinguish cable colors and labels accurately. * Ability to provide off hour support for incidents and planned maintenance activities Additional Qualifications: * Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system * Proven experience in providing IT support in an office environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Basic understanding of Audio/Visual room support * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ## Description This position is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of Data Centers, MDFs, and IDFs. This role performs hands-on installation, cabling, equipment support, documentation, and troubleshooting activities while ensuring infrastructure is maintained according to company standards.
