This leader will manage a team of skilled software developers and drive them to execute an ambitious supply-chain technology roadmap., * Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of software engineers, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. * Regularly presenting strategic initiatives to VPs and other executives. * Collaborating extensively with Senior and Principal engineers to identify optimal technical architectures. * Driving their team's operational excellence and delivering industry-leading, high-quality technical solutions. * Overseeing the design, implementation and launch of manufacturing, scheduling, planning and execution software. * Owning critical workstreams on complex, years-long projects. * Optimizing software development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
