## About the Role

* Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience, * Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
 * Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills, High School Diploma/GED (Required)

## Description

* Provides application software development services or technical support
 * Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
 * Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
 * Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
 * Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
 * Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
 * Designs, deploys, and supports Copilot Studio agents to automate business processes, improve user experiences, and scale AI solutions across the enterprise
 * Partners with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver automation and AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
 * Develops standards, best practices, training materials, and supports resources to drive successful adoption of Power Platform and AI technologies
 * Manages platform operations including environment strategy, deployment pipelines, release management, solution lifecycle management (ALM), monitoring, and support processes for Power Platform and AI solutions
 * Other duties as assigned
