## About the Role

We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile product environment Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and cross-functional team collaboration Solid understanding of digital product development and performance metrics Strong Agile mindset, with proven experience in enabling agility within cross-functional teams Good understanding of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products, as well as Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban Scrum team of ~18 members across 4 locations (distributed setup) Drive data-informed improvements (e.g. flow metrics, predictability, retrospectives, RCA outcomes) You will benefit from a personalized follow-up of your professional projects as close as possible to your ambitions.
