Willing and able to get and maintain CI polygraph. * US Citizen ## Description * Support business and intelligence dissemination processes that are located on NGANet/COE/JWICs, SECNet, and SBU with primary usage on NGANET/COE/JWICs. * Support production teams made up of analysts, data stewards, geospatial and imagery analysts, database engineers, data scientists, multimedia specialists, graphic designers, 3d designers, and editors to develop modern web conveyance products for special intelligence topics. * Design intuitive user interfaces, charts, reports, navigation menus, and other custom widgets. * Write and review code for sites (typically HTML, CSS or JavaScript). * Integrate multimedia content on a site. * Test web applications for usability. * Ensure web compliance and accessibility. * Troubleshoot problems with performance or UX. * Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders. * Write documentation to support website and troubleshooting procedures. * Educate and train personnel on back-end maintenance of applications. * Use COTSopen source, freeware (Python, JavaScript, AngularJS, JavaScript frameworks, Django, Model Glue, etc.), HTML, CSS, SQL, database (MySQL, etc.), and SharePoint to support systems and associated applications located in test and operational environments in support of line of business functions: + Assess the functionality and data storage capability. + Configure/modify/enhance the user interface and data source to effectively manage each process. + Migrate legacy data (if needed) from legacy data source and implement a new user interface to allow automated functions, workflows, and discoverability utilizing automated processes. + Integrate data from multiple data sources and database client to allow automated functions, workflows, and discoverability utilizing automated processes. + Maintain and ensure availability of baseline and database. + Collaborate and work with Enterprise areas (Service+, Security, Risk Management A&A, GEOAxIS IdAM, Cloud, PeopleSoft, CAVE, etc.) and facilitators. + Support integration of data sources that includes utilizing APIs and Enterprise Services (PeopleSoft, GEOINT Services, Enterprise GIS OV-1, etc.). + Collaborate with Enterprise (PeopleSoft, GEOAxIS, etc.) to ensure capabilities, services, active directories, and information are available. * Ensure appropriate PKI or other Identity and Access Management (IdAM) integration. * Package and test information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVAs). * Support relational database, including Structured Query Language (SQL). * Ensure an engaging web-based experience and real-time, on-demand access to information. * Improve customer service functions as needed. * Create and manage workflows, forms, and modules to support automation of business and intelligence dissemination processes. * Create and maintain web applications and visualization of mission required data. * Create/manage/troubleshoot schema-level processes for mission level data. * Troubleshoot system and database issues, errors, and provide solutions. * Support adaptive maintenance related to various updates, security patches, security scans, compliance controls, and other required fixes. * Coordinate and collaborate with AO, TEG, and Service+ on issues, latency, changes, backups, and outages. * Provide problem management and root cause analysis. * Test updates via development servers prior to deployment. * Provide adequate testing (with impacted customers) prior to releases/updates. * Respond to site-specific questions from user base and provide front-line support for technical issues and problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. * Participate in meetings at least once a week for status updates and planning. ## Related Videos -
