You can easily work with everyone from designers to web developers to digital marketers. * You have experience in excelling within fast-paced, high output environments. * You have the ability to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. * You have excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills. * You have a keen sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills. * You have experience using a content management system (CMS), such as Drupal or Wordpress * You have a general understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. * You have experience administering JIRA, ASANA, Monday, AirTable or a similar project management platform. We'd love it if you also had: * 2-3 years related experience in a digital, media, or software development organization * 3-5 years of Project Management experience. * Bachelor's Degree * Experience running scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings. * Experience writing comprehensive project plans, production schedules, budget estimates and similar project artifacts. ## Description The Project Manager is a key part of the team and is responsible for leading, documenting, and managing complex and high-profile projects and creative campaigns across various channels. You will work with a team of designers and developers to build web campaigns that will reach millions of music fans around the world. You will have the opportunity to brainstorm with stakeholders to execute on marketing initiatives to ensure optimal success and efficiency. You will also be a key part in creating the blueprints for success for future web campaigns. If you love music, technology, and the internet, this job is for you. Working closely with Artists, Management, Music Labels, Marketing and eCommerce teams you will help architect and deliver integrated digital campaigns. You will use your strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams to deliver amazing customer experiences across multiple digital properties.
