This hands-on role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise networking systems to ensure reliable and secure business operations across multiple locations globally. Working as part of a collaborative IT Infrastructure team, the Network Administrator will design and recommend network solutions, implement approved changes, support infrastructure upgrades and new technology deployments, monitor network performance, and respond to operational issues. The role also partners with internal stakeholders to maintain a secure, highly available network environment while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled capabilities where they provide measurable operational value. This team member is proactive, adaptable, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where reliability, security, and continuous improvement are essential.
