In this role, you will sit at the intersection of senior software engineering and enterprise architecture, owning design governance, coaching engineering teams, and directly influencing the technology decisions that power Citi's digital transformation. You will operate with full autonomy, lead through ambiguity, and deliver measurable impact across large-scale, cross-functional digital programs. Responsibilities Lead the architecture and delivery of large-scale digital engineering programs, owning design decisions from the pre-planning phase through to implementation across cloud platforms including AWS and Akamai. Chair design reviews for both agile and structured delivery projects, establishing reusable design patterns that are adopted across engineering teams and lines of business. Conduct code reviews for next generation microservices architecture, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and engineering quality standards. Define and publish engineering metrics across design reviews, code reviews, CI/CD pipeline adoption, and pattern implementation to give stakeholders clear visibility of quality and progress.
