## About the Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong SQL skills - complex joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization.
Proven hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
Experience aggregating data and connecting multiple data sources into consolidated reporting datasets.
Experience with script-based data normalization and transformation (Python or similar).
Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
CMDB knowledge - familiarity with configuration management databases (e.g., ServiceNow CMDB), CI classes, relationships, and asset/configuration data structures.
Exposure to Databricks, Tableau APIs, or other reporting automation frameworks.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts (servers, network devices, discovery tools).
Experience in enterprise IT, telecom, or cybersecurity-adjacent environments.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, Performance Analytics, or asset management data.
