This role analyzes warranty, connected-vehicle, diagnostic, and other quality data to identify emerging issues, support root-cause investigations, and deliver actionable insights to engineering teams and leadership. The ideal candidate has experience with big-data analytics, SQL, Python, data visualization, and automated data pipelines. Responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports, automating data collection and anomaly detection, applying AI and natural-language-processing tools to quality workflows, and supporting corrective-action processes such as Six Sigma, 8D, and DMAIC.
