Implementing operational, technical standards, and system and services views for architecture using applicable Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) standards, conducting quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas like Reliability, Maintainability, Vulnerability, Survivability, Producibility. Assessing each risk to the program and determine the probability of occurrence and quantified consequence of failure in accordance with an approved risk management plan, providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems, comprehensive, and complete, supporting the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process (as well as other Government Cert). Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle. Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constraints, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain. Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions. Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
