The HCM Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core Human Capital Management platforms, supporting employee lifecycle processes, payroll integrations, and system reliability.

 * Configures and maintains HCM platforms (e.g., UKG Pro).
 * Supports employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, and termination.
 * Manages system updates, patches, and release cycles.
 * Designs and maintains workflow configurations and business rules.
 * Optimizes user experience and system usability.
 * Supports future modules (performance, career development).
 * Supports integrations related to payroll, scheduling, compensation, and timekeeping.
 * Ensures accurate data flows across interconnected workforce systems.
 * Monitors system performance and resolve complex issues.
 * Maintains system stability and data accuracy.
 * Supports integrations with benefits, payroll, and workforce vendors.
 * Coordinates system enhancements and defect resolution.
 * Other duties as assigned.
