Fluency in English and Korean is required., * 5 7+ years of Program Management / Technical Program Management / Project Management experience within high-tech, software, mobile, semiconductor, electronics, or technology organizations. * Fluent in both English and Korean with strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs with multiple workstreams. * Strong experience with program planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting. * Experience working with JIRA and Confluence or comparable program/project management and collaboration tools. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related documentation/reporting tools. * Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders without direct authority. * Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. ## Description Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, high-visibility technology and security programs across global teams.
