Preferred Skills * Experience with SQL Server Always On, Clustering, or High Availability solutions. * Exposure to performance baseline and capacity planning. Soft Skills * Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of database issues. * Good communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (On-Premises) to design, optimize, and maintain high-performance database systems.
