This role will support the development and scaling of the software, data infrastructure, operational tools, and delivery-system integrations required to test and operate autonomous vehicle fleets within Amazon's last-mile delivery network. The Sr. TPM will lead one or more cross-functional workstreams spanning vehicle data management, fleet and operations tools, software and hardware integration, route planning, remote vehicle support, and delivery-station workflows. The role will partner closely with software engineering, systems engineering, vehicle engineering, safety, operations, and external technology partners to define requirements, manage technical dependencies, and deliver capabilities from early testing through scaled deployment. The ideal candidate has experience delivering complex software programs that connect cloud services, operational tools, and physical systems. Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, connected vehicles, fleet technology, or other safety-critical systems is preferred. Key job responsibilities Software Program Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of software capabilities supporting autonomous vehicle testing and operations. Develop integrated roadmaps, define requirements and milestones, manage dependencies and risks, and drive execution across multiple engineering teams. Data Infrastructure and Management: Drive programs supporting the transfer, ingestion, storage, processing, quality control, security, and access of data collected from vehicles. Ensure data is reliable, traceable, and available to support software development, system validation, and fleet operations. Fleet and Operations Tools: Deliver the software tools required to operate a multi-site vehicle fleet, including vehicle assignment, mission planning, fleet-health monitoring, configuration tracking, maintenance management, issue resolution, data-transfer monitoring, and operational reporting. Last-Mile Technology Integration: Drive the software integration required to operate autonomous vehicles within Amazon's last-mile delivery network. Work across internal engineering teams and external technology partners to define requirements, align technical interfaces, manage dependencies, and deliver end-to-end capabilities. Systems Integration and Launch Readiness: Partner across software, vehicle, hardware, safety, and operations teams to manage system interfaces, configurations, testing, issue resolution, and readiness for new vehicle fleets and operating locations. Cross-Functional and Partner Leadership: Establish clear plans, ownership, metrics, and operating mechanisms across Amazon teams and external technology partners.
