You will work in conjunction with your team to foster heightened customer experience and drive technical innovation in the managed services practice. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: * Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of Azure production environments * Ensuring availability, performance, security, governance and scalability of Azure production systems via various monitoring, logging, and other toolsets * Management of creation, release, and configuration of production systems * System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms. * Validation of new customer deployments. * Deployment in conjunction with best practice design and governance. * Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements. * Deployment and configuration of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on Azure platform. * Maintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes. * Participate regularly as a primary resource in an on-call rotation., * While performing this role, you will engage in both seated and occasional standing or walking activities.
