* 3+ years of Project Management experience; 5+ years preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK project management principles and methodologies.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
 * Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred.

Education & Certification:

 * Bachelor''s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field.
 * PMI training or PMP certification required.

## Description

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to manage statewide enterprise and agency-level IT initiatives within the Division of Technology Operations. The role will coordinate projects with the Department of Administration PMO, Information Security, Privacy Office, state agencies, and private-sector partners., * Manage IT projects from initiation through completion using established PM methodologies.

 * Track project schedules, deliverables, resources, budgets, and deadlines.
 * Coordinate with internal teams, state agencies, PMO, and external project managers.
 * Prepare regular status reports and management updates.
 * Manage project closeout, lessons learned, and documentation archiving.
 * Lead and influence stakeholders while effectively communicating complex projects.
 * Plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet project goals.
