THE WORK Provide technical and programmatic leadership for the Radar design team, guiding architecture, trade-studies, and hardware solutions. Oversee technical analysis, ensure rigorous engineering processes, and maintain product quality across the Radar portfolio. Drive common-hardware strategies to reduce cost, risk, and schedule impacts. Serve as the primary liaison to internal and external customers, resolving technical issues and supporting program planning. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering clear verbal and written communication throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to proposal development and support program execution from concept through delivery., Conducts or participates in the research, design, development, and testing of COTS or custom computing hardware and/or otherelectrical components. Develops designs for the installation of components and assembliesinto chassis, racks, cabinets,workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met.
