## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
 * Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles.
 * Strong candidate sourcing experience, including LinkedIn and online recruiting databases.
 * Experience with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
 * PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
 * Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Support Analyst with strong recruiting/talent acquisition experience and familiarity with PeopleSoft or other HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, support hiring managers, maintain accurate ATS/HRIS data, and provide recruitment reporting and operational support.
Key Responsibilities

 * Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
 * Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
 * Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and recruiting events.
 * Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate evaluations.
 * Coordinate interviews and support a positive candidate experience.
 * Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate ATS/HRIS records.
 * Coordinate offers, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
 * Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
 * Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
 * Support career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting activities.
