Advanced degree preferred * 12+ years of experience in service design, experience design, user experience, human-centered design, workforce transformation, organization design, digital product design, or enterprise transformation. * Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end redesign of complex workflows and experiences, including user research, journey mapping, service blueprints, workflow prototyping, usability validation, and translation into workforce and organization implications. * Proven ability to integrate associate, customer/patient, business process, data, technology, and human/AI interaction perspectives into coherent and scalable future-work designs. * Experience building and leading teams and managing external partners * Executive-level communication, design facilitation, influence without authority, and the ability to use research and evidence to challenge assumptions and guide senior stakeholders through ambiguous transformation decisions. ## Description This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. As the Executive Director, Workforce & User Experience, you will lead the design of future work and the end-to-end associate experience across Novartis' most critical transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence how people, processes, artificial intelligence, and tech-nology come together to create seamless, human-centered experiences at scale.
