Manufacturing or production environment., Master's degree in Business Administration or related area. ## Description The Group Director, eCommerce Strategy & Governance is responsible for enabling the successful execution of Walmart U.S. eCommerce's strategic priorities through enterprise planning, governance, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership. This role partners closely with the eCommerce Leadership Team and key enterprise stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable business outcomes. Leading a centralized Strategy & Governance function, this leader establishes the operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and program management practices that drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives. The role oversees strategic planning, executive governance, portfolio health, resource coordination, and organizational change while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with enterprise priorities and deliver meaningful customer and business value. Success in this role requires exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.
