* Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, values, principles, and practices.
 * Experience working across multiple Agile teams.
 * Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
 * Strong technical background with familiarity in software development concepts, workflows, and development processes.
 * Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership skills.
 * Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams and stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics.

## Description

* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
 * Coach team members in self-management, cross-functional collaboration, and Agile best practices.
 * Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
 * Utilize technical knowledge to help teams navigate development workflows and technical challenges.
 * Support Product Owners with backlog management and product goal definition.
 * Encourage technical excellence through practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
 * Help the broader organization adopt and strengthen Agile and Scrum practices.
