## About the Role

* Possess 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
 * Work on Salesforce Flows, creating and managing sharing/permission models, and developing custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
 * Implementing process automations, building scalable custom solutions, and collaborating with team members to interpret and translate business requirements into technical capabilities.
 * Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce security and object model setup.

 * Effective written and verbal communication skills
 * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
 * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
 * Ability to lead projects or workstreams

 * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
 * Ability to meet deadlines
 * Ability to provide clear guidance to others, Required:
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
 * 2-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
 * Experience with Salesforce development to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
 * Must be a US Citizen U.S. with the ability to obtain a security clearance
 * Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
