 * Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
 * Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
 * Experience with Copilot Studio.
 * Experience with Github Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET.
 * Experience with iterative and agile development practices.
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * 5+ years of experience building web applications., * Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure certifications.
 * Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.
 * Experience with full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing, as well as delivery management.
 * Comfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

## Description

* Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
 * Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, the Central Power Engineering team, Networking, and Exchange/email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.
 * Define solution architecture and design.
 * Build Dynamics functionality iteratively, with full unit and integration testing for each function.
 * Integrate external systems data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
 * Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
 * Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
 * Work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems.
 * Support business-aligned squads by providing solution design guidance, reviewing code and configurations, building common tools and functions, and automating DevOps at scale.
