 * Extensive AWS experience with cloud-native, event-driven distributed systems
 * Kubernetes experience
 * MongoDB + SQL/relational databases
 * AMQ / messaging platforms and asynchronous/event-driven architecture
 * CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
 * Hands-on use of AI tools/practices for software engineering
 * Strong backend/API design, data modeling, security, performance & scalability experience
 * Production support, debugging, monitoring, logging and root-cause analysis
 * Mortgage/financial services experience is a plus
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
