## About the Role

* Of je nu een gemotiveerde schoolverlater bent of al een eerste werkervaring op zak hebt: jouw leergierigheid en passie voor IT maken het verschil!
 * Achtergrond: een diploma in een IT-richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
 * Tech Stack: brede IT-basiskennis met ervaring in Windows, MS Office (vooral Excel), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams en SQL. Ook netwerkconcepten (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) zijn je bekend.
 * Talen: vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met een goede basiskennis van het Frans.

## Description

* Als IT-Assistant ben je de rechterhand van de IT-Manager en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ongeveer 50 collega's op locatie. Geen enkele werkdag is hetzelfde. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:
 * Support & Beheer: je helpt collega's met al hun ICT-vragen. Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt de hardware (laptops, pc's, smartphones) én de software (MS Office, ERP-applicaties).
 * Projecten uitrollen: je werkt actief mee aan boeiende IT-projecten, zoals de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem, het aanscherpen van de cybersecurity en het opzetten van een datawarehouse.
 * Groeipad: je bent de vaste back-up van de IT-Manager. Met de juiste ambitie krijg je op termijn de kans om zelfstandig grotere projecten naar je toe te trekken.
