 * Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience in a public-sector or regulatory environment is an advantage.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate several digitalisation projects within the justice and public-sector environment, including cross-border processes, road legislation and certificate exchanges.
Responsibilities

 * Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and solution definition through implementation.
 * Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones and resource planning.
 * Manage scope, risks, change requests, budget and project validation.
 * Coordinate and align a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
 * Monitor legally defined deadlines and take corrective action when necessary.
 * Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration, communication and delivery quality.
 * Manage and optimise data flows between Belgian stakeholders and European partners.
 * Analyse and document data exchanges, including cross-border information flows and e-CODEX integration.
 * Provide clear reporting to management through reports, meetings, emails and dashboards.
 * Use Jira and Confluence for project management and information sharing.
 * Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory and security requirements.
