## About the Role

* Master's degree or equivalent.
 * Proven recent experience as a Data/Analytics Engineer and Power BI Business Analyst.
 * Expert knowledge of SQL and Power BI/DAX.
 * Strong experience with dbt, Kimball dimensional modelling, and Data Vault 2.0.
 * Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Python, and Azure DevOps.
 * Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data mapping, data migration, and Enterprise Data Warehousing.
 * Agile/Scrum experience.
 * Relevant certifications such as Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Azure Fundamentals, dbt Fundamentals, or Collibra Data Steward are a plus.
 * Good communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on experience across the full data lifecycle, from data analysis and modelling to pipeline development, orchestration, quality, and performance optimization., * Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines.

 * Develop data ingestion processes from various source systems into a hybrid data platform.
 * Work with on-premises Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) using Data Vault 2.0 and cloud platforms using Medallion Architecture.
 * Develop and optimize data models using Kimball dimensional modelling.
 * Build and maintain data transformations using dbt, SQL, and Jinja.
 * Work with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI.
 * Support data quality, governance, workflow orchestration, and performance optimization.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and reporting requirements.
 * Work pragmatically within an Agile environment.
