## About the Role

* Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
 * Good knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably TOPdesk.
 * SAP knowledge is a plus.
 * Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
 * English: Professional working proficiency.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Officer to provide first- and second-line IT support to employees and external partners. You will handle user requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the installation and configuration of Windows laptops.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via ticketing system, email, phone, and on-site helpdesk.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
 * Install and configure Windows 11 laptops for new and existing users.
 * Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications.
 * Manage and follow up IT incidents and service requests in TOPdesk.
 * Provide on-site support at the helpdesk desk and assist users with urgent issues.
 * Collaborate with Digital Systems and Digital Infrastructure teams.
 * Support users during technology and application changes, including SAP.
