## About the Role

* Computer science education (HTL, FH, Uni) with some years of relevant work experience
 * Good knowledge in JAVA, SQL and relational DB
 * Experience in project work or project coordination is an advantage
 * Proficient in English, German is a plus
 * Service orientation and good communication skills
 * Independent, structured and flexible way of working

## Description

As a Software Support Engineer you provide timely support to international customers and Key Users of the MIC Global Trade Management (GTM) Suite, analyze source code, contribute to implementation and optimization projects, and document knowledge in our knowledge base to keep the software running.

 * Support our international customers and Key Users in the application of our software products and ensure that solutions are rolled out in a timely manner (2nd level support)
 * Answer technical and functional inquiries from customers regarding MIC GTM-Suite
 * Contribute to customer and internal projects by supporting implementations, enhancements, and process improvements
 * Document knowledge (technical notes and articles)
