* Abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Mediamatiker/Informatiker und/oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als ICT-Supporter SIZ oder kaufmännische Grundbildung mit IT-Weiterbildung/Flair für IT
 * Erste Berufserfahrung im 1st/2nd Level Support von Vorteil

## Description

Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Benutzer zu allen Fragen rund um die IT. Neben der Bearbeitung der eingehenden Anrufe und Tickets sowie Eskalation der Probleme an die zuständigen Stellen, behebst Du Störungen bei der Hardware oder Software direkt am Arbeitsplatz oder via Remote. Zudem hilfst Du mit bei der Betreuung und Support der internen IT. Die Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten rundet Dein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab.
