 * Du baust aktiv mit auf: Du formst ein neues Team aus abas ERP-Entwicklerinnen und -Entwicklern.

 * Du verantwortest zwei Welten: ERP-Implementierungsprojekte bei unseren Kunden und die Weiterentwicklung der MAIT-eigenen Standardsoftware auf Basis von abas ERP.

 * Du begleitest Implementierungsprojekte von der Anforderungsanalyse über das Customizing bis zum Go-live.

 * Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Consulting und Kunden.

 * Du erkennst technische Risiken frühzeitig und steuerst Code Reviews.
 * Du etablierst KI-gestützte Entwicklung und Vibe Coding als Standard in deinem neuen Team.

 * Du steuerst Kapazitäten und Auslastung über parallele Projekte hinweg - mit Jira als zentralem Tool.

 * Du baust Junioren gezielt auf und schaffst vom ersten Tag an eine Lernkultur rund um abas und KI.
